EBR 4-H Shooting Sports Invitational

The East Baton Rouge 4-H Program hosted its annual Shooting Sports Invitational Shoot on Saturday, February 27, 2016. The shoot was held at the EBR 4-H Property located in Baker, Louisiana. The event welcomed 229 4-H members from 10 parishes, including Ascension, Jefferson, Livingston, St. Charles, St. James, St. Martin, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and West. Feliciana.
The shoot provided opportunities for youth to compete in various categories including: shotgun, air rifle, air pistol, bb gun, and archery, including barebow, compound, sighted recurve, and genesis. The annual shoot was a huge success and we would like to thank all of the participants, volunteers, supporters, and sponsors for making it possible!
Shooting Sports participants can look forward to the upcoming Ascension Parish Invitational held on Saturday, March 12, 2016, along with the Regional and State Shoots taking place in early April in the Capitol City Region. For more information, contact Mrs. Katie by clicking here.
