We’re glad you stopped by! The East Baton Rouge 4-H Program is proud to offer high quality programming to its members where they learn by doing with their friends in a fun and safe setting.
Do you have a hobby or interest you would like to learn about? Photography, stargazing, running, cake decorating, model trains, remote control airplanes, knitting, etc… While we hold strong to our traditional agricultural roots, 4-H truly has something for everyone! By becoming a member of East Baton Rouge Parish 4-H you have the opportunity to learn about your interests while having fun, improving your leadership and communication skills, and serving your community. 4-H Clubs are interactive and fun where 4-H’ers learn about many different topics and work together to share their learning. 4-H Club can also be focused on certain topics that may include cooking and chef clubs, gardening, robotics, horses, computers, livestock, and many others. The only true limit is your imagination.

MEET THE 4-H TEAM
Katie Strecker
Katie is a native to East Baton Rouge Parish and grew up being an active 4-H'er who found her niche in demonstrations and public speaking. Katie attended Nicholls State University majoring in Agricultural Business and minoring in Animal and Plant Sciences. While she has been an agent in another parish prior, Katie moved home to share her experience and passion for the program. She is a hard working individual who believes in the program and how it benefits the lives of its members.
What is the 4-H Revolution of Responsibility? It's a movement for positive change in every community in America. 4-H youth are a living breathing, culture-changing revolution for doing the right thing, breaking through obstacles and pushing our country forward by making a measurable difference right where they live. That takes uncommon commitment.
